Triptychs...maybe more?

Okay, Kat--these are for you & Roberta! Initially we had discused perhaps two molds--one for the 'closer,' then one to repeat however often to fill the space...BUT, check out this detail from underneath the arch at Place du Carrousel...why not make a whole series out of the concept?

You can either alternate the designs or repeat a fave, and still finish with a designated closer....or maybe just string closers back-to-back/face-to-face! Also to note in this pic, the little liner framing it all--I know we discussed a pencil egg & dart, but I think we could stand to have a whole selection of such textured pencils...I'm getting sooo into dentils here...*hint-hint*...and the nice thing is, if they're proportioned correctly, they would be an easy accessory to any of our existing liners & crowns. Here's a little more detail...

on the top photo, check out the horizontal crown...I like that it reads as an egg & dart from afar, but the detailing is much more organic--perhaps an abstraction on this concept, steering away from acanthus & towards our olive branch in styling, but still something that will read along the lines of an egg & dart?
